Workout Thursday 3/3

Today I will be at an off campus meeting until 12:30. I trust all my exercise enthusiasts will be able to set up on your own!!!

5 minute warmup
4 rounds of:
5 manmakers, 5 burpees, 5 lunges each side, 5 pullups, 5 minutes on cardio machine at a moderate pace

Stretch!!!

Look forward to seeing you all at spinning tomorrow! I will add in a short 10 minute kettlebell routine at the end of spinning to make up for missing today 🙂

Workout Wednesday 3/2

Wednesday is a cardio day! We will do an hour of power on the treadmill or elliptical or bike or outside if it is nice! I will plan on leading a workout around the track and hills if people are up for some outside running!

We will go for 1 hour at a steady pace. Every few minutes we will throw in a few intervals. We will meet at 11:55 in the lobby and return by 1pm! If you plan to do this on your own, try the following:

10 minute warmup
30-40 minutes of 1:30 steady/0:30 sprint
5-10 minute cooldown

(total 45-60 minutes)

5 minutes for each:
warm up
treadmill medium intensity
ellyptical high intensity
25 squats
25 push ups
25 pull ups (ok to use gravitron)
plank 30 seconds – face down & both sides

5 minutes for each:
rowing
stair climbing machine
cool down on bike
25 squats
25 push ups
25 pull ups (ok to use gravitron)
plank 30 seconds – face down & both sides
stretch
